Return Policy

Tomas wants all of his customers to be happy with their purchases. He is more than willing to work with you to make sure that what you buy fits you well, and arrives in good condition. With this is mind, he puts forth the following limitations on returns.

Any item that is shipped and arrives damaged, will be replaced or repaired at no charge to you. We ask that you return the item in its original packaging (as far as possible), and once we recieve the damaged item back, we will ship a new item, or repair and reship the item if it is a custom piece.
Repairs not due to shipping damage will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases there is only a very small charge for labor on repairs.
Any standard stock item that you order should fit you. If you find it does not, send it back, and we will replace it or resize it to your correct size. If you find us in person (at a fair or SCA event), this means we will happily exchange the item for an identical one of the correct size at no cost to you! If the item is handled through mail or web order, we ask that you pay shipping for the replacement item.
Custom orders are non-returnable. We will work with you to make sure that your custom order fits you, and meets your budget requirements before work begins. After delivery, we can work with you on any necessary adjustments, sizing, or repairs, but we cannot refund your purchase. Please be sure that your order is really what you want before commiting a deposit.
If you find you have a metal allergy, or that a standard stock item simply does not work for you, we may accept a return provided that the purchase is sent back unworn, in its original condition, with original packaging. In this case your purchase price, but not shipping costs, will be returned to you. Please contact Tomas personally. We want you to be happy with our service, but we are not a 'costume rental' establishment. Returning a piece after you have worn it to an event is not acceptable.
